P99soft Expands Office Space and Launches Training Initiative, Onboards 40 Students
P99soft has announced the expansion of its office space along with the launch of a structured training initiative at Pravara Rural Education Society’s College of Food Technology, Loni. This step reflects the company’s continued focus on scaling operations while investing in talent development.
The initiative was inaugurated in the presence of Hon. Shalini Vikhe (Former President, District Council) and Hon. Sushmita Vikhe (CEO, Pravara Rural Education Society, Loni), underscoring the importance of collaboration between industry and academia.
As part of the program, a campus drive was conducted, resulting in the onboarding of 40 students. The initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by providing hands-on exposure to real-world technologies and workflows.
The training program focuses on practical, project-based learning, enabling students to work on industry-relevant use cases and gain applied experience. Participants will also be introduced to emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to build future-ready skills.
With participation from students across multiple regions, the initiative highlights the growing demand for industry-integrated learning. It also strengthens P99soft’s commitment to developing a skilled and job-ready workforce.
This expansion, along with the training initiative, is part of P99soft’s long-term vision to scale its capabilities while creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation of professionals.
